We won 3 golds at the ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards
We did it again — just like last year. Yes, on the 1st of May 2022, the ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards team contacted us to announce that we once again won 3 golds. With this news, it seems that we’re fast becoming known as an international-award-winning agency in Iran. We say this because it was just three months ago that Zigma8 was awarded Advertising Agency of the Year at the Business Excellence Awards 2022.

The first of our gold ACEF Global Customer Engagement Awards was in the category of ‘Effectiveness’. The jury chose our launch campaign for Moringa EMO health and beauty products. The campaign centered around the solution of affording a new story of beauty amidst increasing market restrictions.
We’d like to think that the judges for this category recognized our strategic use of Iranian media for insights gained regarding the Iranian mind. Implementing this strategy took a leap of faith from the management team at Moringa. With their faith in us and our team’s impressive campaign, we ended up winning them a sizeable market share and ourselves an international award.

Our second gold ACEF award was in the category of ‘Online Media Creativity’. The jury chose our Zigma8 website relaunch as their winner.
As an advertising agency in Iran, our website needs to function on many levels to appeal to inform, and inspire new business and new talent. To help achieve this, we insisted that every team member be involved in its creation. By including their insights we believe that the resulting website successfully communicates to various audiences.
We’d like to think that the judges were won over by our simple integration of online presentation techniques that function across multiple languages.

Our third gold award was in the category of ‘Successful Use of CSR Activity’. The jury chose our internal tennis tournament campaign as their winner. The campaign aimed to improve our team’s health and well-being during a recent global health scare. Not only did we achieve this, but we also managed to inspire some team members to practice regularly after the campaign had concluded.
